Glowmark Neon is an online store specializing in custom-made neon signs designed for businesses, homes, events, and personal spaces.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, services, and transactions made through our platform.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payments

Placing an Order

  • All neon signs on our website are custom-made to order; slight variations in brightness, size, and color may occur.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you have read the product descriptions and agree to purchase the item as described.

Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer, and Etsy Payments.

  • All prices are listed in TRY (Turkish Lira) or USD (United States Dollars)  and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Your payment details are processed securely through a third-party payment processor; we do not store or have access to your credit card details.

Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days before shipping.

  • Since all neon signs are custom-made, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours after the order is placed.

  • We offer nationwide shipping in Turkey via Yurtiçi Kargo and MNG Kargo.

  • International shipping is available via UPS, KargomKolay, and FedEx at an additional cost.

  • Estimated shipping times:

    • Turkey: 3-5 business days.

    • International: 5-10 business days.

  • Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

Express Shipping

  • We offer express shipping for an additional fee. If you need urgent delivery, please contact us before purchasing.

Customs & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country.

  • Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Glowmark Neon is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to courier issues, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

  • If a package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please reach out to us.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

  • Since all of our neon signs are custom-made, we do not accept returns.

  • Returns are only accepted if the item arrives defective and the issue is reported within 2 days of delivery.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If your neon sign arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days with photos of:

    1. The damaged product

    2. The packaging (to verify transit damage)

  • If the damage is minor and repairable, we will assist you in fixing it.

  • If the damage is major, we will assess the situation and determine possible solutions.

  • Lost packages or major transit damages are not covered.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours after purchase.

  • To cancel, customers must submit a request on our Cancellation & Contact Page:

  • After 2 hours, orders cannot be cancelled, as production begins immediately.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on Glowmark Neon’s website, including product images, designs, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Glowmark Neon.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

Liability & Disclaimers

  • Neon signs require proper handling and installation; Glowmark Neon is not responsible for damages caused by improper use.

  • We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but slight variations may occur due to screen displays and the handmade process.

  • We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper installation or misuse of our products.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Turkey.

  • Any disputes arising from the use of our website or purchases made through Glowmark Neon will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action is taken.
